Office Condos are a bit of an oddity when it comes to commercial real estate. They may seem very similar, but there are small micro-markets within a city that have dramatically different price points for very similar, and sometimes identical, spaces. These office condos were an example of a market in Louisville that have a lower sale price than you might expect.
